Keeping "cupboard/fridge/freezer" terminology - these are WHERE items are stored

The Problem: Storage Badge Redundancy

Currently, items in "My Cupboard" show a cupboard badge. This IS useful when mixed with fridge items, but looks redundant when ALL items in a category are "cupboard".

Option A: Keep storage badge, but make it smaller/subtler

Changes: Abbreviated storage (cup/fri/fzr). Removed "i" (click name). Removed +exp (in popup).

Terminology Decision

Keep as-is Recommended
  • "My Cupboard" = The inventory panel (all your food)
  • cupboard/fridge/freezer = Storage locations
  • Makes sense: "My Cupboard" is your kitchen inventory, items go in cupboard, fridge, or freezer
Alternative: Rename panel
  • "My Kitchen" or "My Stock" = The inventory panel
  • cupboard/fridge/freezer = Storage locations
  • Avoids confusion between panel name and storage location
